Return Policy

Due to the hundreds of different size and color combinations and the ability to customize a shirt with your dog's name, dog shirts ordered off this website are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Each shirt is made specifically for your dog! Please make sure to use the sizing charts to determine the correct size shirt for your pet!

We sell only first quality garments and we stand behind our products. Any defective item will be replaced or repaired. In the case of a garment defect (hole, stain, etc), we will replace the garment only if it has not been worn or washed with a garment identical in size, color, and imprint. Once a garment is washed or worn, our liability for defects ends.

All warranty claims must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please call our office (800-634-0054) for this number. We reserve the right to refuse returns without and RA number. Please put this number on the outside of the package and return to:
